WFMW: The Question Mark
Have you ever updated your blog or another web page only to view said page and NOT see your changes? How frustrating! Next time, try this: At the end of your URL type a '?' (without the quotes) and hit Enter. This should trick your browser into finding the newest page and refreshing its cache.
Here's an example just in case that didn't quite make sense. If your URL is
http://donttrythisathome.typepad.com/
but you aren't seeing your changes, you need to add that question mark so it looks like this
http://donttrythisathome.typepad.com/?
Then hit Enter.

How cool is that. I just kept hitting "refresh" I am getting too smart for my own good. I am going to become dangerous!

Thanks for this tip! I've been getting frustrated at my browser lately because every time I view my own blog to make sure the newest post looks okay...it doesn't show it until I refresh. So I appreciate this little hint.

How did you KNOW to do that?
And I seriously thought this was going to be another grammar post. Whew. :)

Great tip! I had no clue about doing that until you were helping me with my template. I have used it a few times since (especially in firefox). Thanks for the tidbit of info!

I didn't know that either. I did discover, and I don't even remember how, that if you just hit F5 it immediately brings up the most current version of your blog.

Found you thru Blogging Chicks. I'm so glad I came over today. Thanks sooooo much for that awesome tip. I was just going thru that exact thing. What timing.
Have a Great Day, Betty :)

Hey, great tip! I'll try this. Thanks for sharing!
I've posted a WFMW tip as well, involving creating blogging categories. Stop by and take a peek. :)

Back to say I love the F5 key and now use it often. It works great at "refreshing" the page every time.
