We live in an area with a high concentration of Spanish-speaking people and my kids SHOULD learn some! Plus, I have a kid that doesn't want to do anything but watch tv-might as well be educational!

I love the idea of helping my girls pick up another language well before high school (which is when I finally learned another 2). I think the DVDs would be awesome to use as part of our preschool work at home.

The educational dvds wold be perfect for my preschooler

I this this is a fabulous idea!
I like the interactive DVD. I think kids learn better by doing instead of just watching or listening to something without actually doing it themselves.
We would love our kids to speak Spanish because we live in a very highly dense Spanish speaking population. Many of the children my children go to school with speak little or no English at all and my children would love to be able to have a conversation with them, no matter how small. Just to learn to say "Hello, how are you?" would be fun for them.
Thank you for the great prize giveaway!

i think the cd set would be great for my music-loving toddler, although dvds are always fun.

Spainish would be great for us. I have taken conversational spainish and would love to have a review as it is easy to forget at times. We have spainish speaking citizens here and it would help to keep me learning as well as my children.

I'd love to win the Spanish for Children DVD. I took spanish in high school and barely remember it, but would love my child to get a head start.

I like the No is No and Si is Yes rhyming book. And the CD with spanish songs would be excellent too. Yo hablo espanol, pero mis ninos solo hablan ingles. I speak Spanish, but my kids only speak English. It would be great to give them a few tools to learn with!

The Combo Grande sounds great. We live in Houston. There are a lot of opportunities to speak Spanish here. And I think a second language is also beneficial for reading purposes.

The Spanish for Children would be great for my 3 and 5 year olds. My son, who is 5, loves to learn new words in Spanish.

The Combo Grande offers a great assortment of learning tools. I think it would be a wonderful tool to teach the kids Spanish.

The Spanish DVD sounds like our top pick. I took 5 years of Spanish and would love to teach my children earlier than I began learning (6th grade). Thanks!

I love the combination pack :) I am partial to the DVDs, we have a couple cds which are great for listening to, but sight/sound sometimes helps set the information better. Spanish has become such a common factor that i believe all children should learn it as a second language. Besides the fact that the gentleman i am in a relationship with is Dominican, he is bilingual, but me and my children are not. would love for my children to be able to learn and speak with him! This is such a great idea!

Our son is 10 months old and bi-racial. My husband is hispanic & our spanish is not up to par so this would be great to get him started.

My husband is from Mexico originally and my in-laws, so I need to learn it (I speak a little bit), and so does my son.
I love Spansih dvds.

I am hispanic and my son married a non-hispanic girl. They have a child together and I would like to win it for my daughter-in-law so that she can learn it and speak with me and teach my granddaughter Spanish, other than hola and adios.
I like Spanish for children dvd.

I already speak my Spanish, my wife speaks a little bit and we are teaching our son together to speak it. We are also teaching him Croatian, since my wife is from there.
THis would be a great win for us if only you pick me. :)
I like Combo Grande.

My kids were born in Spain and now that we are back in the States, we'd love for them to keep up the language. They are ages 4 and 2, so they are like sponges. I've been looking for something and this would just be great!! Thanks

The CD package would be great for our family. We live in an area of the country that has a lot of Spanish speakers, and I would love for our girls to be able to communicate more fluently than their father or I can do.

Both of my kiddos are half hispanic, but they know very little spanish. I would love to get them started learning spanish as early as possible. I like the Spanish for children DVD. Thanks!

I think the Spanish for Children DVDs would be best. And I think it just makes sense to learn Spanish in this day and age! I took French in school, and you know how handy that has been. HA. Plus my step-mother is latina and would love if Little Man could talk to her.
Posted by: EG | July 17, 2008 at 08:50 AM
I personally like the NO is No, Si is Yes book as it is very age appropriate for my little boy. I would like him to learn Spanish, as he will all ready know English and French from my husband and I.
