Today's featured company:
As Simple As That
A little more about them:
As Simple As That® has launched the non-profit-Respect All Cultures Everywhere--R.A.C.E. to
A Bully-Free Future to provide children with authentic, hands-on culturally diverse experiences. Decades of social science research has suggested that the earlier children are exposed to diverse people and ideas, the less likely they are to develop biases or exhibit bullying behavior. Through www.globalbirthdayparty.com, (a site for children), www.bullyfreefuture.org, and http://blog.endbullyingtoday.com, presentations in schools
and live events, R.A.C.E.'s overarching goal is to end bullying caused by lack of understanding by providing children with positive, authentic cultural experiences.
Some examples of what they do:
Families are Forever, Tooth Fairy Tales and Dumplings are Delicious and the companion Learning and Activity Guides are published by As Simple As That®.
These award-winning children’s books chronicle the adventures of Rain
and her trusty heirloom hippo named Bo. With Bo’s help, Rain and her
friends learn about different people, cultures, traditions, ‘abilities’
and choices. As they explore significant childhood milestones- like
losing their teeth-and other universal experiences they discover that
by celebrating what we share, we can really enjoy what makes us
different.
What they're giving away:
Two sets (each set has three books) of the award-winning children's books and the Learning and Activity Guides that accompany them.
How you can win:
Please visit As Simple As That and look around. Then come back here and leave a comment.
Who is eligible:
You must have a US shipping address. You don't have to be a blogger to win, just supply a valid e-mail address.
When the giveaway ends:
Tuesday, March 25. I'll e-mail the winner(s), and results are always posted here as well. If the winner doesn't respond within four business days, a new winner will be drawn.

As a mixed-race family, I'd love to win!

Wow- their website alone is great and fun/interesting to read. Of the Rain 'adventures' books- the tooth fairy tales made me smile. With a family full of dentists, that one is sure to be a crowd pleaser! I would love to win a set.
Thanks,
